Return Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless one of the following conditions applies:

  • Seller Error: If you received the incorrect item due to our error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange for a return or replacement.
  • Carrier Damage: If your item arrived damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the damage to both the item and the shipping packaging. We may require your assistance in completing a claim with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Process for Eligible Returns:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact us via the platform or at laurag.davidd@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item, if applicable.
  3. Return Shipping: In cases of seller error or carrier damage, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
  4. Inspection and Resolution: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process a replacement or refund according to the applicable condition. Fraudulent returns/claims will not be refunded or returned.

Important Notes:

  • There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect sizing, or other reasons not explicitly stated above.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
  • If carrier tracking shows an item delivered, we presume it was delivered and cannot entertain any complaints of item not received. In this situation, contact the carrier and check with your neighbors. Carriers sometimes use GPS to record the exact delivery location. If you believe your package was stolen, report it to law enforcement.
  • Any false claims, fraudulent returns (including, but not limited to, empty packages or returns of a different item), or suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the local law enforcement agency in the buyer's jurisdiction. Additionally, if the shipment was sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS), such activity will be reported to the United States Postal Inspection Service (USPIS). The USPIS is the federal law enforcement arm of the USPS, responsible for investigating postal-related crimes, including mail fraud.
